SYNOPSIS


Injung, a single woman in her mid-30s and a North Korean defector, once again receives ‘sugar’ as part of the welfare holiday gift for defectors this year. On a dark night, North Korean defectors gather one by one in an empty lot. Injung and her friends, seeking to make use of the sugar they've been given, collect the sugar from their neighboring defectors and head out to sell it on a secondhand trading platform.
