SYNOPSIS

The main character is Anya, a teenager, sixteen years old, living in a small town near a large metropolis. Due to illness, Anya has lost her hearing and now the only method of communication available to her is lip reading and monosyllabic answers. Anya's family consists of a mother, an elderly grandmother and an older sister, who, as a result of a quarrel with her authoritarian mother, was forced to move to a nearby large city. It is communication with her sister that is an outlet for Anya. But one day everything changes. Once again visiting her sister, Anya meets her new boyfriend and falls in love. From that moment on, the feeling of her own inferiority due to deafness begins to torment her with renewed vigor.
