SYNOPSIS
Joséphine, a famous novelist, collects the confessions of Thomas Edward, a 60-year-old telecommunications engineer working for the U.S. government. Thomas is a solitary and enigmatic man with a faint German accent. Throughout this account, Joséphine will confront Thomas about the truth he has been hiding for many years—a past as a Wehrmacht soldier, whose encounter with Martha, a young Frenchwoman, changed his life. An impossible love story that, amidst the Normandy landings, turned their lives upside.
