In a poetic and intimate monologue, an ancient glacier speaks to us, sharing its story. Born over 500,000 years ago in the heart of the Himalayas, fed by the highest mountain on Earth — Sagarmatha — it recounts the life it has witnessed, the rivers it gave birth to, and the humans who walked its surface, admired it, sometimes feared it. But today, its voice carries a warning: under the weight of global warming, it is melting, crumbling, and with it, the memories of a vanishing world are disappearing. Through this symbolic voice of nature, the film reflects on the fragile beauty of glaciers, their vital role in the planet’s balance, and their slow decline. An ancient cry, addressed to humanity — urging us to awaken, before it is too late.
