SYNOPSIS

Faustina, a woman who lost her son to organized crime, invents the “Virgin of the Little Blanket,” a religious figure that bleeds when hearing the pleas of the helpless. To make a living, she convinces her community of the virgin’s miracles and charges for them. But everything changes when Doña María begs for help to find her missing son—taken under the same circumstances as Faustina’s own.
