SYNOPSIS

Early career guidance is often a consequence of students' social and economic backgrounds. The Support, Care and Personal Services program trains mostly young girls to become caregivers and activity leaders, who, from the age of eighteen, occupy difficult, low-skilled, and poorly paid positions in daycare centers or nursing homes.
