SYNOPSIS

Two brothers who generally got along meet for a boxing workout and unexpectedly uncover deep-seated pain that goes beyond the physical. "Workout" is a short film about a brotherly relationship, about masculinity and its dark sides interwoven with family history and the conditioning of a performance-driven society.
