SYNOPSIS

In his chaotic workshop, a stubborn and solitary old scientist relentlessly works on perfecting a teleportation machine. He carries out one failed experiment after another, recording each failure on a dictaphone and only coming back down to earth when his dog interrupts him, asking to be fed. On the verge of giving up, he leaves the room to feed his kibble-hungry dog. An unexpected event — a lamp falling onto the machine — finally triggers a successful teleportation. Upon his return, the euphoric scientist decides to take the experiment further: first with an apple, then with his pet, both successful. Caught in the whirlwind of his success, he attempts the ultimate experiment on himself. But the same stroke of luck that led to his triumph may well be the cause of his downfall…
