SYNOPSIS

Kavya, a gifted classical performer and data scientist, is hours away from flying to the U.S. for her dream job at a global tech company. Before she leaves, she agrees to perform her grandfather’s final and most cherished work—a mythic tale he’s spent years shaping. As rehearsals unfold and farewells begin, tensions surface between family, friendship, and unspoken truths. Set against the ritualistic precision of ‘koodiyattam’ and the emotional weight of leaving home, Isle of the Golden Swan is lyrical meditation on what it means to love.
