SYNOPSIS

Pariya, an IELTS teacher, lives in Tehran. She visits her mother and little sister for the weekend to teach English to both. Her sister, Parisa, is using her mother's phone to visit unorthodox websites on the internet. Her mother tasks her with talking to her sister, but she finds this too difficult in her own language, Persian. As she talks more with her mother in English, she finds that the best way to express herself to both her mother and her sister is to use a second language.
