SYNOPSIS

The work guides the viewer through a contemplative journey into origins, language, and the memory of life. Fifteen languages—including Tibetan, Icelandic, and Arabic—are softly chanted, invoking the names of gene-proteins embedded within the human body, like fragments of memory. Meanwhile, the visuals are infused with transformed gene-protein structures predicted by AI AlphaFold, which the artist reinterprets through translation rather than replication—morphing them into organic forms that are fluid and unfamiliar, perceptible yet elusive. Its horizontal screen unfolds in the manner of an oriental handscroll, while its form evokes an artifact of pluriversal future. By reflecting technology and spirituality, the work responds to questions at the core of our era: as artificial intelligence and biotechnology accelerate, where might traditional notions of creativity and spiritual presence find their place?
