SYNOPSIS

A world where gravity is stronger and the sun rises at perfect right angles, where people move in unison, never out of line, until one grows curious and dares to look beyond the edge. The Earth is Square is Maison Megh’s debut production, a bold testament to the power of creative collaboration and art. Three months in the making, the work unfolds within a monumental wooden cube, both stage and sculpture, constraint and possibility, infused with light, colour, and surreal intensity. At its core are six performers, masters of disciplines ranging from Bharatanatyam and theatre to vogueing and hip hop. Together they form a cast that moves as one, yet retains the individuality of their forms, creating a choreography that breathes, collides, and transforms. The result is an immersive performance that merges craft, movement, and vision into a singular cinematic experience.
