SYNOPSIS
In search of brotherly connection, 12-year-old Beto follows his apathetic older brother, Ramiro, as he skips their first day of school. What begins as a carefree outing on a scorching late-summer day in Mexico City is abruptly interrupted when they discover their father cheating on their mother. The weight of the secret fractures the family’s fragile harmony, as a storm —both emotional and literal— forces Beto to decide whether to remain silent, as his brother asked, or confront the truth.
