SYNOPSIS

Darren is struggling to keep his mind and his family together as he finds himself back at home with his estranged, widower father Ian. With his mother no longer present to say the right thing, tensions rise as the divide between emotionally stunted father and son grows, Ian making it worse with every attempt at unburdening Darren who has reached his limit. When Darren's day in court arrives, father and son go on an emotional journey that takes them to the brink. The outcome of the court case is the final push for Darren, with Ian finding a way through to his son and the connection they needed, just in time.
