SYNOPSIS

Etienne and Jules have just turned 18 and both grew up in Villeneuve, a "neighborhood" in La Rochelle. They recently met for "bad reasons," and they speak about the future in the present tense: One is returning to the neighborhood while the other is about to leave it.
