For 19-year-old Kaan, a young camel trainer, Turkey’s camel wrestling tradition is neither mere spectacle nor frozen folklore. It is a passion, a way to connect neighboring communities, and above all, a profound bond with the animal. On the eve of Bozdoğan’s annual festival, this short documentary immerses us in the event through Kaan’s eyes and those of Mustafa, a seasoned guardian of the tradition, revealing a singular culture, a close-knit community, and a unique human-animal relationship. **POST PRODUCTION TECHNICAL DETAILS : The film is picture-locked and visually complete. Remaining elements include the sound design and final mix, handled by Supersavant Studio, and the original soundtrack, an original composition being created by Osman Murat Ertel, co-founder and lead vocalist of the Turkish band BaBa ZuLa.
