SYNOPSIS

Generation Sampo is a documentary filmed in Daejeon, South Korea. It follows Yumi, a young woman who dreams of France and longs for freedom. Caught between family traditions, social pressure, and a desire for independence, Generation Sampo offers an intimate portrait of a youth in search of meaning. A bittersweet story about what we leave behind and what we hope to become.
