BIOGRAPHIE
After studying editing and cinema in Bayonne and then Paris, Luc began his career in 1998 as an editor for both television magazines and documentaries (Arte, France 5, TV5, etc.). In 2001 in Marseille, he founded with two associates the Caravansérail, an audiovisual production and sound design company where he is in charge of the delegated and executive production of documentaries (France 5, Canal Maritima, TV5...) and two video installations - the Bus de l'Alternative Nomade and the Bus des Génies - which will each tour Europe. In 2012, Luc Lavault moved to Berlin where he worked for the SPD and the publisher Cornelsen. Since then he has worked on many projects as a director and animator. In 2023, he released his first animated short film, "Un tout petit numéro", produced by Ikki Films in Paris, BAP Studio in Porto and which will be broadcast on France 2.
