As an artist, she is driven by the exploration of the everyday, delving into characters in their daily lives, in the decadence of intimacy when observed by another. She graduated summa cum laude with a Master's degree in Latin American Literature from Syracuse University, New York, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Caracas. She has taught at various academic institutions, offering courses in Latin American Literature, Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Film Adaptation, Directing Actors, Script Analysis, among others. She has also worked as a creative copywriter for major international brands such as Unilever, Post Cereals, SmithKline Beecham, American Express, among others. Currently, alongside teaching, three projects occupy her creative production: the post-production of her latest project, Umbilical Cord (working title), which explores toxic family relationships in an authoritarian system controlled by a tyrannical mother; the publication of her anthology Apron Tales, a collection of intimate short stories that reflect characters oblivious to the decay surrounding them; and the development of the feature film The Cyclops, for which she is a co-writer, capturing part of the devastation of the Venezuelan diaspora.
