BIOGRAPHIE

Kati Kallio is Finnish dance filmmaker, curator, dancer and choreographer. She has received her education at the UniArts Helsinki – Theatre Academy and graduated as MA in dance. She has during her career worked in several freelance dance productions in Finland and taught children and youth. Her artistic works has been focused in dance films since 2008 and her films have been screened and broadcasts widely around the globe and TV. She is one of the pioneers of dance films in Finland and present Artistic director of Loikka-festival.
