​Film director and producer. Graduated from ESRA Paris, Master's degree in Production and Distribution. Worked with great masters and young talents in film industry for years across Eurasia. Specialized in screenplay development, project start-up and audiovisual production in multi-language. ​ WENG's films have a special focus on Taiwanese history, social class, and gender issues.
