BIOGRAPHIE

Raj More is currently adapting an Indian novel into a comic book that’s commissioned by PRATILIPI Books & Comics. Additionally, he is a researcher for a web series for Apple Tv, and Cultural Advisor for a British web series, Good Karma Hospital. Previously, Raj has worked as the Second Unit Director and Associate Director on an Amazon Original web series, The Last Hour, directed by Amit Kumar with Academy Award winning director Asif Kapadia attached as executive producer. Raj also works as an independent consultant on web series pitch development, book adaptations, script editing, and has worked with productions such as DAR Films, Pratilipi Books, Mutant Films, Skywalk Films, and Once Upon a Time Films. Raj’s other works include Second Unit Director on the feature film Photograph that was directed by Ritesh Batra and produced by Amazon. Raj’s film career started as an assistant to Ritesh Batra on his feature debut 'The Lunchbox' (BAFTA nominated, Rail d'or @ Cannes 2013). Working as an Associate and Second Unit Director, Raj has always been a part of the writing process, like research, script editing, dialogues, and preparing a shooting draft. Learning form these experiences, Raj wrote his first feature film script, 'Pirate', which was selected in – - Sundance Drishyam Screenwriter's Lab - Artist in Residence Program, Medienboard Berlin- Brandenburg, Germany - PJLF Three Rivers Residency, Trevingnano, Rome, Italy
