BIOGRAPHIE
Sakari Lerkkanen is a Finnish born, London based director who is internationally known for his narrative works and advertising films. He has won Effie Grand Prix, Effie Gold, Finnish Music video awards Grand Prix and the best international young artist of the year award at Venice Biennale. Sakari's narrative works has been also recognised by Raindance, Cannes, Aesthetica and Tampere Film Festival while his advertising works has gained attention in ADC, Golden Drum, MTV and Zlata Pecka awards as well 1.4. selected his work as the six most creative music videos. He has been also featured in multiple press articles including Vice, Shots, MTV, Cinema Scandinavia, Czech news, Finnish news and Helsingin Sanomat to name few.
