Alan Ohep

BIOGRAPHIE

Venezuelan filmmaker. As director, writer and producer, his short film: THE PORTRAIT (2014), conducted as his school film thesis, was selected in numerous international film festivals. He produced the video clip MESMERISING GUN, directed by Nico Manzano. This work was broadcasted on MTV EUROPE and selected among videoclips of Radiohead (PTA), Prodigy and Jamie XX in the SeeyouSound International Film Festival, Rome, 2016. Ohep produced his first feature film, titled ME AND THE BEASTS (2020) directed by Nico Manzano, selected in Tallin Black Nights 2021, and Mar del Plata Film Festival, 2021. Ohep is currently editing the coral film AN IMAGINARY COUNTRY WHERE DOGS EAT FLOWERS produced by Rober Calzadilla (2022), currently in post-production. Film that he co-directed. The last film Ohep directed and produced is the short film “FALLEN WAVES”, to be released in 2022.
