Jeremy Nicholas is an emerging director from Adelaide, currently residing in Sydney. Taking his inspiration from his background as a Greek Australian and his life growing up in working class Australia, his films explore cultural dichotomies, social class and family dysfunction. Jeremy has previously made two award-winning short films that have screened at Tirana International Film festival and the Brisbane Asia Pacific Film Festival, whilst also receiving an array of awards. After completing a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Screen Production at Flinders University, he studied a Masters in directing at the Australian Film, Television & Radio School, where he completed his third major short film Necktie. Jeremy is also developing his craft in preparation for his debut feature film, Midnight Hymns.
