BIOGRAPHIE

Mariana Bártolo (1987, Portugal) did her Diplom in “Media and Art” at KHM – Academy of Media Arts Cologne (2020). Graduated in Dance by Escola Superior de Dança (Lisbon). Attended the Program for Research and Choreographic Creation (Lisbon) and the 2nd year of Drawing at Ar.Co (Lisbon). Is a founding member of Maia Film Club (Porto) and develops work in the areas of film, photography, video, drawing and performance. Recently directed "Mansa" (2021) a short fiction film and the short documentary films "Whale Beards" (2020), “Interior” (2017) and “The Factory” (2012)
