Born in Haifa city in 1989, Ori Birger is A filmmaker from Israel. He studied cinema in Tel Aviv University, wrote and directed 2 short fiction films and 2 documentary films. As an editor in T.V and Cinema, Ori edited 2 T.V shows, 2 feature films ("Tel Aviv", "Like there's No Tommorow") and dozens of short films ("HABIKUR", Cannes 2021, cinefondation). Ori teaches editin on Avid and Premier. His Short diploma film, "Night Stroll", won the first prize for "best student film" in the 37th Haifa International Film Festival, and won “best cinematography” in Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival. It had world premier at “palm Springs International Shortfest”. His new film, “Lot’s Wife”, Had it’s local Premier at Jerusalem International Film Festival and won A speciel jury mention.
