BIOGRAPHIE

[EN] Born in the Black Forest, South Germany. Winner of the German Newcomer Film Award. Various teaching and jury activities. He studied Fiction Directing at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. The first short film during his studies »Borzaya« screened at festivals all over the world and got shortlisted for the Student Academy Awards. His short film »Everybody leaves in the End« won the German Cinematography Award (Deutscher Kamerapreis). His graduation film »Skin on Skin« is a co-production with ARTE, SWR and 3sat.
