Veronika Jelšíková

BIOGRAPHIE

[EN] Veronika is a director and producer based in Prague, Czech Republic. She is a graduate of FAMU, producing department, and was part of an exchange program at CalArts LA, directing department. Her debut film, “Golden Delicious” was screened at KVIFF, and awarded at international festivals. Her first commercial spot “Advertising Needs More Women” got her a Young Directors Award in the Czech Republic. The Wayfarer is her latest short film and has been supported and trusted by the Czech Film Fund, Czech TV, Zlin Film Festival, and others. She loves to tell her own stories and present unique worlds.
