Vittoria Campaner

BIOGRAPHIE

Vittoria is a filmmaker based in Los Angeles and Italy, predominantly works as a cinematographer and has worked in the US and various countries in Europe and Asia. She was born in Venice, Italy. Displaying from a young age an aptitude for the visual arts, she left her home country to study Integrated Design at Parsons the New School for Design in New York City. During her time there, she explored a variety of mediums, including photography, fashion, graphic design, video and art installations. Through these experiences, she developed a passion for filmmaking, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in cinematography. From there, she moved to Los Angeles, where she attended UCLA School of Theatre, Film and Television and graduated with an MFA in Cinematography. As a storyteller, Vittoria is drawn towards high-concept narratives and subject matter dealing with the more surreal and absurd aspects of the mundane, and her background in design informs a multi-disciplinary approach to her craft.
