Adam Graf

BIOGRAPHIE

Adam Graf, born in 1995 in Austria, is currently studying for his M.A. in cinematography at the Filmuniversity Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF. Prior to his studies he was working as an editor for two years at the commercial production company EASYdoesit Berlin. Besides that he started to grow his knowledge in the field of cinematography. Nowadays Adam focuses on cinematography and directing. His shortfilms have screened at countless international festivals. The film "Comments", on which he worked as DoP, won the Next Generation Short Tiger Award from German Films and was therefore presented at the Cannes Film Festival 2018. His latest DoP project "Kollegen / Good German Work" premiered at the 36th Warsaw Film Festival. With “Stained Skin”, Adam Graf returned to the role of the all-rounder and co-directed the film together with Mandy Peterat. Mandy and Adam have often worked very closely together as DoP and Production Designer. Because of that “Stained Skin” felt like a natural progression of a long-standing creative exchange. Right now Mandy and Adam are developing the visual language for their first feature film “Wiesenwood”, directed by Jannis Alexander Kiefer.
