BIOGRAPHIE

Après avoir grandi à Paris, Léopold Dewolf étudie l’animation stop-motion à Londres (BA, University of Westminster) et la réalisation à Los Angeles (MFA, USC School of Cinematic Arts). Son dernier court-métrage en date, « Nantong Nights » (« Une nuit à Nantong »), coréalisé avec Emma Qian Xu en Chine, est en compétition internationale au 43ème festival de Clermont-Ferrand. Il s’agit de la première mondiale du film. Il écrit actuellement son premier long-métrage. -- After growing up in Paris, Léopold Dewolf studied stop-motion animation in London (BA, University of Westminster) and directing in Los Angeles (MFA, USC School of Cinematic Arts). His latest short film, “Nantong Nights,” codirected with Emma Qian Xu in China, is in international competition at the 43rd Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival. It is the film’s world premiere. He is currently writing his first feature-length film.
