BIOGRAPHIE

Felicity graduated with a BA in Dramatic Arts from Australia’s Victorian College of the Arts. Her career as an actor in theatre, film and television has spanned 20+ years, working in both Australia and the US. Career highlights as an actor include working and touring extensively with the Sydney and Melbourne state theatre companies as well as Australia’s legendary Company B Belvoir. She has played roles in numerous Australian TV series, including 'Wolf Creek', 'Home & Away' and 'All Saints'. She starred alongside Woody Harrelson and Liam Hemsworth in Western pic, 'The Duel' and Joel Edgerton and Teresa Palmer in 'Wish You Were Here', a film Felicity wrote with director, Kieran Darcy-Smith. 'Wish You Were Here' premiered in the World Dramatic competition of the 2012 Sundance film festival, opening to rave reviews and enjoyed a successful theatrical run in its home country of Australia. It earned Felicity and Kieran the 2013 AACTA award for Best Original Screenplay as well as both the Best Film and Best Screenplay awards at the 2013 Australian Film Critics Circle Awards. 'Our Father' is Felicity’s directorial debut. She is currently preparing to direct her self-penned debut feature 'Out of Mind', with Animal Logic’s Truant Pictures producing.
