Born and raised in South Africa, N'cee started his career in theatre, writing, directing and managing theatre productions. His focus was Berkoff inspired minimalist plays. This was where N’cee honed his skill and passion for directing and character driven stories. In 2005 N’cee transitioned into film. He started at the bottom working in various departments. In 2008, N’cee moved from South Africa to New Zealand. He worked his way up to field producing and filming EPK content. He has worked on major productions including District 9, Avatar, Elysium, Chappie as well as many shorts, music videos and commercials. In 2018, N'cee's directorial debut short film 'O.I.' had a very successful festival run and is due to premiere online this summer. It can also be found on Amazon Prime. He is in post production for a new short film titled 'Hunter's Cabin' which will begin its festival circuit late 2020. N’cee has a true passion and love for film and hopes to write and direct his first feature very soon. He is currently writing and developing various feature film projects. N’cee now resides in Canada with wife and their 5 year old son.
