Michaela Jill Murphy is an American actress, singer, and writer, and makes her directorial debut with "Stalgia". She is also known for her voice work in Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender as Toph Beifong, as well as Disney's Emperor's New School, Meet the Robinsons, and many others. She grew up in Los Angeles and recently graduated from Yale University with a double major in Theater and Film Studies. Pre-quarantine, she sang with a pop rock band in NYC and auditioned for live theater. She is currently still auditioning and taking advantage of time at home to create her own music and films.
