BIOGRAPHIE

[EN] Fabrice Le Nézet is an award-winning director and designer based in London. He creates concept-driven films using both live-action and CG animation. Recognisable in his work is the pure, sculptural and graphical aesthetic combined with playful qualities.Fabrice studied graphic design, animation and filmmaking in France at Supinfocom. He then moved to London joining the Mill as a 3D artist and soon after started working as a director. In 2005, he co-founded the creative collective bif, directing commercials, short films and titles. Their visual experimentations gained wide online recognitions getting a total of 7 vimeo Staff Picks and their short films “Raymond”, “Dix” and “Animal“ received more than 40 awards in festivals around the world. In 2017, Fabrice joined production company RiffRaff. The same year, he received the Gilbert Bayes Award from the Royal Society of Sculptors for his physical and digital sculpture work. In 2019, Fabrice joined Optical Arts as Creative Director.
