Chris Danuser Writer, Director, Executive Producer Founder, SparkyBoom LLC After performing in New York City for many years, Chris discovered his creative spirit was best-served writing and directing. Most inspired by the literary work of fellow Milledgeville, Georgia native Flannery O’Connor, his stories investigate the darkness hidden in all people and their redemption at the hands of profound choices or mystical grace. In 2017 Chris' original screenplay for "Pap's Manifesto," then titled "Mayflower," won the Best Screenplay Awards at two international film festivals. Chris’ filmmaking partnerships include Academy Award nominee Matthew Marshall (“Passage”), Multiple award winner Casey Clark (“Off Season,” “The Mistress,” “Kink, Inc”), filmmaker Jason Winn (“The Assault,” "Shifting Gears," “The Fat Boy Chronicles”), and casting director Pat Golden (“Platoon,” “Blue Velvet,” “The Killing Fields”). Chris also specializes in scripting compelling narratives for interactive educational technology. He’s written and directed projects for New York University’s College of Nursing, The Estee Lauder Companies, Signature HealthCARE, Center for Talent Innovation, and Spectral Capital Corporation.
