BIOGRAPHIE

Aakash Chhabra, 26, studies Producing for Film at Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute, Kolkata. He is an alumnus of Documentary Summer School of Locarno Film Festival, 2019. He attended the Kodak 16 mm Found Footage Film Workshop 2019 at Serendipity Arts Festival, Goa and was an Observer at Docedge2020. In 2021, he produced his dissertation film A Season of Mangoes and directed his first short Mintgumri. He is the co-writer and producer of upcoming Punjabi independent feature Sakura. He has previously worked as a reporter for The Indian Express from 2016-17.
