Maria “Lupita” Roa is a first-generation latinx showrunner and animator artist from Dallas, Texas. Lupita is now living in Los Angeles with her younger sister and two dogs studying animation and digital arts at University of Southern California with a minor in comedy. She is passionate about telling one-of-a-kind character-driven stories about underrepresented groups and perspectives.
