Rafael Larx was born in Miami, Florida, USA. He grew up in Mexico but studied film direction at Instituto de cine de Madrid. From a very young age worked in film productions, but it was until 2019 that he directed his first short-film "Jimena's Eclipse". Soon after that "The Fall" and "Light my Fire". He has worked as the lead editor in two feature films "Sambo Creek" (USA-Honduras) and "Hijo de Familia" (also co-directed). As well as two series "Centauro del Norte" (Disney) and "De Brutas Nada 3" (Sony Picturues).
