Sandra Tabet (b. 1985) is a Lebanese filmmaker based in France. She earned an MA in Filmmaking from The London Film School, 2014; and a BA in Arts du Spectacle from the Saint-Joseph University of Beirut, 2007. Her directing credits include Thieves in the Night (2014, in competition at The London International Film Festival), The Howl (2017, Jury Prize in Maskoon Film Festival, Beirut) and Hell (2021, premiere in Cinemed). In 2015, Sandra started working as a sound-editor and Foley artist on several feature films in db-studios Beirut. Her sound credits include films like Geographies (doc. 2015, dir. Chaghig Arzoumanian, international competition in Cinéma du reel) as a sound designer, Tramontane (2016, Fiction Feature, dir. Boulghourijian, premiered at La Quinzaine des Réalisateurs) as a foley artist and War Travelers (2018, Fiction Feature, dir. Joud Said, winner of best Arab film award in Sharam el Sheikh Film Festival) as a foley artist. In 2017, Sandra took part in the Berlinale Talent Campus and in in 2018 she became a partner with db-studios Beirut. Sandra moved to France in 2022, where she is writing her first feature film: Rabies.
