Tiago Ribeiro

BIOGRAPHIE

Born in 1979 in the same city where João César Monteiro was born, the small Figueira da Foz in the centre of Portugal, Tiago Ribeiro grew up a cinephile. As a young adult, he enrolled in a couple of screenwriting and editing courses, having abandoned most, and finished only a couple. He wrote often on film, being most known for his collaboration with the website À Pala de Walsh – some of Ribeiro’s texts were included in the book the website team published. “The Picture” is his film debut.
