BIOGRAPHIE

I am Reasat Haider, an independent filmmaker from Bangladesh. In 2010, in my early 20’s, I was becoming more and more intrigued and started to ponder in the art of picture making. Unfortunately, the time was not in my favor and I felt that I was not enough trained or even mature enough to deal with such intricate art form. In 2014, I had to leave to complete my honors on Business Studies at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridgeshire, England. In 2018, I moved back to Bangladesh and had enough courage and knowledge to pursue cinema professionally. Currently I am working as a producer at a communications firm, where I produce contents on humanitarian crisis and development for INGO’s. I have extensive knowledge and education on film writing, directing and production, which helps me collaborate and efficiently capitalize my financial and economical limitations.
