Scénariste-Réalisateur-Producteur Frédéric Zeimet est un scénariste et réalisateur d'origine luxembourgeoise. Après des études d'Histoire de l'Art et d'Archéologie, Frédéric Zeimet a été encadré par Luc Dardenne pendant ses études de scénario. Durant ses premières années en tant que scénariste, Frédéric a obtenu le prix du jury au Prix Sopadin en France, une première pour un étranger, et a été sélectionné deux fois pour la Nuit Blanche des Scénaristes au Festival de Cannes. Il est un ancien participant au Torino Filmlab et au European TV Lab. Il a récemment fait ses premiers pas en tant que réalisateur. Son premier court-métrage "Cowboy", qui fait partie du European Short Pitch Program en2012, a été sélectionné dans plus de 20 festivals dans le monde. Il a écrit, réalisé et produit de manière indépendante la première web-série luxembourgeoise W.. Les six épisodes ont été récompensés dans le monde entier par le prix du meilleur court métrage dramatique au Stareable Web Fest, le Gold Award de la meilleure série internationale au DC Webfest ou le prix du meilleur scénario à Die Seriale, au T.O. Webfest. Elle a terminé à la deuxième place de la Web Series World Cup 2020. (English Translation) Frédéric Zeimet is a Luxembourgish-born screenwriter and director. After studying for History of Art and Archeology, Frederic Zeimet studied Screenwriting under the mentorship of Luc Dardenne (one of the Dardenne brothers). During his first years as a screenwriter, Frederic was awarded as best junior screenwriter in France, first time for a foreigner and was selected two times to the Screenwriters’ White Night at Cannes Film Festival. He is an Torino Filmlab and European TV Lab Alumni. He recently took his first step as a director. His first short-film “Cowboy”, part of the European Short Pitch Program, has been selected to over 20 festivals around the world. He wrote, directed and produced the first Luxembourgish Web-series W. on a small budget. The six episodes were awarded around the world with Best Short Drama at Stareable Web Fest, Gold Award for Best International Series at DC Webfest or Best Screenplay at Die Seriale, at T.O. Webfest. It finished on the second place of the Web Series World Cup 2020.
