BIOGRAPHIE

Adam Belanger is a writer, director, and award-winning set designer working in theatre, film, and television. Adam’s production design credits in film and television include the 2017 feature film Wexford Plaza and the Vice comedy series Nirvanna the Band the Show. His previous stage designs, Tough Jews (‘17) and Of Mice and Men (’16), garnered him Dora nominations for “Outstanding Scenic Design”. His recent directing work includes multiple episodes of the Emmy Award nominated television series Miss Persona, and the critically acclaimed stage production of Lucas Hnath’s Isaac’s Eye in Toronto. Rivals is his directorial film debut.
