Peter Danastassio

BIOGRAPHIE

Peter Danastasio is a Melbourne based Writer/Director with a desire to tell stories that reflect the everyday intricacies of people’s lives. Originally a playwright, Peter’s transition to filmmaking was brought on by a desire to create subjective psychological portraits that challenge audiences’ preconceptions of characters in unique and adverse circumstances. Peter has worked in conjunction with La Mama Theatre and the University of Melboune Student Union and is currently completing his Bachelor of Fine Arts (Film and Television) at the Victorian College of the Arts.
