Luciana Decker is a Bolivian filmmaker and artist. Within the context of human and non-human relationships, her moving image work explores intimacy, interculturality, ethical observation, and empathy. She's currently pursuing an MFA in film and video production. Decker's works have been exhibited at various film festivals, cultural centers, universities, and alternative screening spaces. In 2020 her short film Larama won the prize for best film at Festival de Cine Radical La Paz Bolivia. She finished her first experimental documentary Nana in 2016 and won the Best Transandean Prize at Transcinema Film Festival in Lima Perú.
