David Ikeata is a Nigerian filmmaker with over one decade of experience working in Nigerian film industry. He believes filmmaking has the power to serve as a medium to feed our shared humanity and connection and could thus help strengthen the fragility of human connection and empathy. "The Abyss Within" is his debut as a writer and director.
