Halyna Lavrinets

BIOGRAPHIE

Halyna is a Ukrainian director, producer and cultural manager. She was born in Kaniv, Cherkasy region, in 1991. After getting a magister's degree in Karpenko-Karyi Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema, and Television speciality “Directing a documentary film”, she studied Wajda School (PL), documentary programme DOC PRO, 2016-2017. Participant of the International Photography Festival EUROPEAN MONTH OF PHOTOGRAPHY BERLIN (2018). Halyna is a member of the Directors Guild of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Film Academy. Since 2015 member of #BABYLON'13 - documentary collective.
