Alisa Zolonz

BIOGRAPHIE

[EN] Alisa Zolonz was born in Kiev, Ukraine and received her BA in International Economics from V.Hetman Kiev National Economic University. In her third year, she spent an internship under the guidance of the acclaimed Soviet and Ukrainian film director Nikolay Zaseev-Rudenko. She then attended Kiev National University of Culture and Arts where she made short narrative films as well as documentaries, before transferring to UCLA's School of Film, Theater, and Television, where she received Joseph W. Drown Award for Motion Picture Production. She graduated in 2017. Since then she has been involved in shorts and features that have seen her work travel to international festivals. LOVE PHOTOSYNTHESIS is her directorial debut in the field of animation.
